About Circuit Training

Contrary to popular belief, Circuit is not just for very fit individuals nor men only! Circuit Training is a non-competitive and fun method of exercising, by which all components of fitness (Body Composition, Cardio-respiratory Endurance, Flexibility, Muscular Strength, Muscular endurance) may be enhanced. Circuit is an easy and accessible way of making a positive impact on your Body. By using resistance (Weights/Bands) we also work on toning the body.
